Cannot connect to the Internet/Network on a Mac/PC


Cannot use the Internet or connect to any computers on the network.

If you cannot use the Internet or connect to any computer on the network:

-Make sure that the Ethernet cable is plugged from the port in the back of the computer to an available network port.

-If the Ethernet cable is plugged in, please contact the helpdesk at 313-664-7818 during normal business hours (M-F 8:30 – 4:30).
